Kabuto Held back laughter as he looked at a woman asking for a fight. "So, a fight your looking for is it....Very well!" Kabuto reached into his bag to Grab a weapon, He grabbed a Kunai knife and threw it at her, missing on purpose to get her ready for the fight.

He came from the ground secretly about to the right of the women, he then rapidly used hand seals using Hidden Shadow Many Snakes Hand, as he did the snakes binded her to the trees.
You think you can stop us?
He said as he smirked and licked his lips.

Kabuto stood by Orochimaru's side, waiting for the opertune moment to attack. His glasses glared into the sun, so his eyes were no longer visible from her angle.

both pull out a long sword

both say "LEAF STYLE: CRESENT MOON DANCE!"

both spin in the air and come down for the strike

He then used his snakes that binded the log from the trees into the two women. His tonuge even cought both of them in a wrap.

He said with his tongue wrapped around the two women.

Kabuto still stood back to wait until the PERFECT time to attack. He waited for Orochimaru's command...

Kabuto fixed his glasses as he stood still waiting for Orochimaru's commands.

Orochimaru saw the head band and was thinking this girl could come of use to him. He then used a hand seal and his neck grew longer than a serpents. He then said,"I want to see if your really have potental if you survive my curse mark jutsu.". So he bit her on the neck leaving her the mark. So he threw her out of the way and told Kabuto not to kill her since she has a 1% chance of living. He then sinked into the ground and siad,"[b]If you survive I'll be looking for you.". He then vanished without a trace.

shinaru gets up to her knees and puts her hand to her neck which was now burning and siring with pain

shinaru let out a few long screams of pain before passing out and falling forward

stops breathing for a few moments.......


all of a sudden purple chakra circles shinaru

she climbs to her feet as her cloak falls off and down to her feet to revel the curse mark on one half of her body

shes looks up only to reveal the growing curse mark and the evil smile on her face

Kabuto ran to a SECRET SPOT! *shhhh* To meet Orochimaru.

Kabuto walked into a small dark room. "Orochimaru....? Are you here...?" he said as he walked in scanning the room around him.

"Yes kabuto..?"
He came out of the shadows from the room.

"Heh, good timing Orochimaru....now we gotta talk....about that little pest who calls herself and "Akatski" and Uchiha..."
He crossed his arms across his chest, Staring at Orochimaru with deep determination to kill the little girl.

"I want to see what this girl may come to use for us. While the Akatsuki won't bother much with itachi.Oh, Kabuto don't kill my pet would you?"
He then sat fown reading a book that he srole from the akatsuki that has all the information on them.

He walked behind Orochimaru and Stared over his shoulder. "Where did you find this!?" he said reading as much as fast as he could.

He quickly closed it before KAbuto read the rest of the plan.
"I used to be an akatsuki member myself kabuto until that uchiha countered my jutsu I had to flee knowing he is more powerfult han me, I took the book from the leader."
He then looked at kabuto.

Kabuto sighed as he leaned up against the wall behind him.
"It seems everyone is or was an akatsuki. I guess you really must be extremely strong....just like they say..."
Kabuto sighed again fixing his glasses back into place, with a slight sad look on his face.

Kabuto looked at Orochimaru, and then the door. Without saying a word Kabuto walked away heading towards the door. The doors slammed as he exited there secret hideout.

He then saryed reading the book again while kabuto was gone.

Kabuto didnt go far from the hideout, He was sick of seeming "weak". So he went to a near by training ground to practice his Ninja skillz.
Kunai and shuriken flew everywhere, punches left and right, practiceing speed attacks, and working on new jutsu's. Kabuto fell to the ground, only holdinh himself up with a fist to the ground, breathing heavily, but still determined to do so much more.

Kabuto Looked up to see the young girl once again. Scanning her body with his eyes he saw the curse mark growing. Still out of breath, kabuto stood on his feet and prepard for what would happen next.
