Powers: Dual snake destroyer ; Anko summon a giant snake who are under her order that she can control by her mind... this is the consequance of the cursed seal Orochimaru made on her when she left him. Orochimaru made of her a stronghful rival, capable of summoning and controling the giant snake of the legend by the hope her past with him will always hunt her.

Physical description: Anko has beautifuls eyes, filled of autority, she looks as nice as mature and determinated.
Temper: She is impatient, mature and responsable.
Strong point: Anko can by telepathy control the snake and her intentions always remain a suprised for her ennemi. In most her experience in the forest of death made that now she never lose her cool and always remain calm during battle ... exept when she's in face of Orochimaru.
Weakness: The fear of the day she will have to face Orochimaru again, she often made nightmares and her friends, Choji, Sakura, Temari and Neji often go in her room at midnight to wake her up cause she is screaming, making nightmare... In front of Orochimaru she freeze and cannot move. In fact... she have to charge her attackes and take a lot of chakra to summon the giant snake... so she don't summon often.
Story: Not much is revealed about Anko yet. We first saw her during the Chuunin exams as the exuberant loud-mouthed examiner of the second exam. Her wide confident smiles were soon doused with the knowledge that her former teacher, Orochimaru had returned to the village. Orochimaru had used her years ago when she was his subordinate and had placed a cursed seal on her, which would have killed her had she been weaker. Anko is rash, impulsive, and very much haunted by her past affiliation with Orochimaru. Mitarashi is the examiner for the second part of the Chunin Selection Exam. She showed up to announce this during Ibiki Morino's speech, annoying him since she was early. Anko is easygoing and sometimes hyperactive, making her very similar to Naruto in many ways. During the exam, she arrives at a confrontation with Orochimaru and it is revealed that he used to be her sensei. Anko, along with nine others, were branded with Orochimaru's first ten Cursed Seals of Heaven. Of the ten, Anko was the only one to survive, establishing the one-in-ten chance of surviving the Cursed Seal. Orochimaru supposedly rejected Anko as a subordinate, believing she did not have the lust for power or vengeance needed to fuel the Cursed Seal. Orochimaru lost interest in her, though he believes there is some value in letting her live. Orochimaru was able to reawaken her cursed seal during their battle in the Forest of Death, thus incapacitating her with pain and ending their fight. Anko knows several forbidden techniques taught to her by Orochimaru, the most notable of which is Twin sankes mutul death, a murder-suicide technique she attempted to use to eliminate her former sensei in the Forest of death for the sake of Konoha. She can also summon snakes like he can, though she only does so once during the Sea Country filler arc. In that instance, she summoned a blue version of one of Orochimaru's normal snakes. Anko's past is explored during the Sea Country filler arc, in which she leads Naruto, Ino, and Shino on a mission to protect a shipping convoy. The Sea Country is where Anko was found after Orochimaru had branded her with his cursed seal and subsequently abandoned her. Orochimaru had also erased any memory Anko had of the event, so this was a chance for her to remember. After the mission, Anko finds her way back to the place where she received the curse mark from Orochimaru and remembers what happened. She discovered that she wasn't tossed away like trash, but chose to leave Orochimaru herself.
