Neji was listening carefully at all her story, he would close his eyes a few seconds and let out a sad sigh. Wrapping his arm around her back, pull her abit closer from him.

-I'm..sorry to hear that...its sure isn't a good past, like my own...
He place his head against her, trying to keep her company. He take a deep breath.

-I, too, lost my father when I was younger...he was killed, because he saved someone...it was so unfair...

His eyes were half close when he take another breath, his heart was hurting alittle when his memories came back in mind.

-He was killed, right infront of me...of my eyes...because our clan is separated in two. The first one, where the most important people are, leaders, and my cousin...

Neji would frown as he remember his cousin, always nice with him even after all of this.

-And the second, where I am, our people are sacrified even if we have nothing to do with it...my father save the live of my cousin and he killed someone to do it..he didn't have any choices! And because the one who was trying to killed her was one of the other clan...it was a big mistake he did...

Neji close his eyes and remember the mark of everyone's forehead.

-And then he was sacrified for sake of our clan...And now, if someone need to be killed for reasons that I don't even know, I can be one of them...

He stop himself, eyes looking down at Puchiko, telling his story wasn't a good thing to cheer someone up, but somehow, he did have the need to tell his sad story to someone he can trust...Neji snuggle her alittle and close his eyes again, whispering.

-I'm really sorry...if you ever need to tell someone what you have stuck in your heart...or just in your past...I'll be here for you, only if you want to.

Puchiko didn't trust her voice at the moment, but she nodded and buried her head into Neji's shoulder. It was an odd feling for her. She had never felt like this before. She felt... safe.

After a bit she pulled her head out a bit to say something. "I'm so sorry, Neji-kun. You just CAN'T tell anyone my past. B-because he- because he -threatened to-to-to." She swalloed what felt like a boulder before she said this. "He threatened to kill me and whoever I told. So just... please don't tell anyone..." she whispered, burying her head into Neji's shoulder again. "I'm sorry for burdening you with this... you already have so much weight on your shoulders..."

Neji shake his head slowly after her words.

-Don't worry you can trust me, I promise, I swear, your past will never be spoke by me to someone else...

He would rubs her back again.

-Don't worry about me...even if theres lots of things I keep for myself, I can live with it, its not a problem..you don't have the need to feel like you burening me at all...

Neji didn't say any words after a while, watching her carefully, for the first time, he was feeling...light, maybe its because, for the first time, his past wasn't only for him anymore...

-I..must thank you..for listening to what I needed to say...thats all...I know I can trust you now, since you told me this.

Puchiko looked up and smiled through her tears. "The same with me, Neji. I feel like I can trust you with everything. I feel safe with you. And... and thank you for that." she said, giving Neji a real hug. "And you can tell me anything, you know that, right?" she asked him.

Neji would smile against his will, because he needed to. He was smiling liek he never did before, a real smile...Puchiko is problably the only one who will see that. He hugs her back, wrapping his both arms around her.

-I know I can...after all, we're friends, right?

Neji show up a gentle grin for the first time.

-If I need to say something, the person that will come in my mind would be you.

Puchiko's face lit up as she saw Neji showed a genuine smile.

"Friends most definatley."

Puchiko felt special. She was prbably the only one to see this side of Hyuuga Neji.

"Thank you Neji. And the same goes for me." She said, hugging him again before letting go and wiping her eyes.

"Gah! My journal!" She said, rushing to pick it up, holding it tight to her body. She let out a sigh of relief. "I have NO clue what I'd do without my journal..." She muttered, heading back over to Neji, sitting down beside him.

Neji blink a few time when she suddendly rushed toward her journal. He didn't even think that someone could be attached to an object as a journal, he thought, it was probably to write her feelings when she's sad the'res no one that she could tell about it.

-Oh a journal?..I think you should keep this in a safer place. You can trust me of course, and your other friends, but some sneakers would probably tried to find your weakness...
He point the shelf that was besides his bed.

-The only things I keep is books, if you place your journal with all of mine...no one will ever think to find it here.

Puchiko nodded.

"Yeah. I never let ANYONE look at this though... it has ALL of my thoughts in it. No matter what. It's an unrated journal. One page may be light and fluffy, the other could be all gloom, dark and depressing."

She looked over to Neji. "Promise me you won't read it." she said, a dead serious look in her eyes.

Neji nods, with his neutral and serious facial, like always.

-I will never dare to open it, you can beleive me. I'll be the only one who know where your journal could be.

Neji stood up and make enough place in the shelf to add another book in.

-You can take it here, and I could place an object infront of it, it would be harder to find out.

He sit back besides her, his head glanced at the entrance of the room, he think out loud.

-Hmm...its weird, no one exept us and Naruto came in. I hope its not a trap...

Neji look quickly around the room, to find out if something was unusual, a shade, or just a single thing that can be suspected.

Puchiko smiled and put her journal in it's new home. She then sat back down next to Neji.

"Neji, stop saying that. It's going to make me paranoid..." She whispered to him.

(ooc: you know what? Time for some fighting. ^_^)

"It wouldn't be the first time." Said a voice fom the doorway.

Puchiko let out a yelp, stood up in a fighting stance and turned to the door. "Get away from here. You're not supposed to be here." Puchiko said, glaring at the man in the doorway.

"But haven't you missed me, you tsumaranai, nagekawashii, mijimena girl..." The man whispered.

(ooc: Tsumaranai means worthless, nagekawashii means regrettable, mijimena means wretched)

"I'm telling you to leave!" Puchiko shouted at the man.

The man walked closer. "Is that any way to treat your dear Ichigo?" He asked. "I heard what you told this boy here. Hyuuga Neji, am I right? Only on the branch of the Hyuuga family tree."

Puchiko was fuming. "GET OUT OF HERE NOW, ICHIGO!" She yelled, bringing a quick punch to Ichigo's face, hitting him squarely in the jaw.

Ichigo stumbled back, his hand on his jaw, looking at the ground in awe. "Kono ama!" He yelled, heading straight for Puchiko.

Neji's head face the doorway, he did listen carefully to what the man have to say, eyes widen some when he started to knew who he was, an enemy of Puchiko, worse, the man she fear the most and haunted her past. Neji's face was change little by little, his oculars were darker when he said quickly ''Byakugan!''

Somekind of ripples was show 'pon his face, they were all trap in a room with an enemy. Neji rase up his arm, two fingers pointing up right at the opponent, step on legs farther than the other. Was now in a position to fight. He would yelled.

-If you just try to lift only a finger at her...I'll make you regret this!

Neji place himself closer from Puchiko, abit infront of her but didn't hide all of her body, he did that but not a minute pass when the man was heading at her.
Neji take out a kunai and slash the air when he was enough closer from them. If it would work, the man would probably be slashed on the torso and will probably fall on the ground, easier to hit, if not, Neji will need to move away from his aiming, with Puchiko in his arms of course. He will never leave his friend in a bad situation.

Ichigo laughed "Make me-" but before he could finish his sentence, Neji had hit his torso with the kunai, making him fall onto the ground, luckily for Neji and Puchiko, knocking his head on the edge of the bookshelf, knocking him unconscious.

Puchiko watched with wide eyes as Neji jumped in front of her. As Ichigo fell to the ground in front of them Puchiko felt her breathing stop for a moment. As she regained her breath she made her way to Neji, holding onto his arm.

"Is... is he...out cold?" She whispered.

Neji was still having a serious emotion facial, almost sacry if you look at him right in the eyes, maybe he was down, but a thing that he learned when he was young, never fell inton traps, don't look down at someone, even if you think its all over, or maybe...

He nods alittle and walked carefully besides Ichigo, his kunai in hand, with bloods. Ninja looked down at his body, and quickly at the bookshelf, he did really hit it. But he thought ''he's just unconscious...he can woke up and come back every time...I need to put an end at this!...''

Neji let heard a lsoft growled and place the kunai behind Ichigo's neck, he needed to place himself down besides him to do that, to have the exact position of the vains of the neck.

He murmured at Puchiko.

-Tell me, quick...if I'm doing this, its only for you, I'm ready to killed that guy, for you! Am I right?
He tried to asked her quick the question, theres no time to lose,especially when you fight. Neji hand was starting to be filled up with bloods when he was still the kunai down. If he only make a quick move with it, the kunai will surely make a big mark behind his neck and the man would probably died, if he miss somehow. Neji will get in trouble since he's down, lack of deffense in that way.

Puchiko's breathing became heavy with the thought that all of this... all of her abuse... the haunting of him... could be gone with one swipe of Neji's kunai.

"Neji... I..." She paused. "I mean... I mean I want him gone... but..." she let out a deep breath. "You're really willing to?" She asked him, but even looking in his eyes she knew he meant it.

"...do it." She said, turning away from the two, not bearing to watch, but she just wanted him gone.

She wasn't interested on staying around crowded places, she was searching a quiet place where she could practice her spell. Hand would be lifted, holding tightly a tag in her palm. Some weird words were writen 'pon the object. Mahogany eyes would open slightly after hearing a slight noise coming from inside a room. She blinked, unsure of what was the cause of such noise. Her pace was then quickened, she wondered what was going on. As she reached the room, a quiet glance would be set into the room, she would then find Neji, Pushiko and another man inside the room:.

.:She slowly muttered, sadly not loud enough to be heard "Neji... is that.. ?!" eyes widened as she saw the kunai full of blood. The reddish color of the blood startled her as she quickly reclinned her steps. No sound were emitted from her vocals. She kept silence, hands hiding her mouth just incase but her eyes were still widely openned. Staring at the Ichigo and Neji. She was confused, what was he going to do? A murder? She remained immobile:.

Neji's forehead started to be wet, insure of what he should do, of course he needed to finish him of, but is this what a ninja have to do? This man was dangerous of course, but killing him will get Neji in big troubles, maybe worse, he could be fired up from his team...bitting his lower lips, eyes twtiches some when his kunai was still against his neck.

-I...can't...I need to think of something else to do...Puchiko...do you know a jutsu that can make people fall in a deep sleep?...It won't hurt him...but he won't attack us in that way....
Neji thought ''What am I doing?! you said you will killed him! go! do it before its too late!..'' His sweat was disturbing his consentration when he tried to figure out how to do it. Didn't hear Injurie comming in the room, his oculars was flaring at the man.

-I...I...

Neji sigh and drop his kunai besides him. Head was still look down at him.

-I did win lots of fights...but I've never killed someone before...a genin can't do that...it would be a burden, and I won't fulfill my goal...I'm sorry...I know you want him gone Puchiko...I will contact a sensei or someone to take care of him...

Neji was ashamed by his act...his clan would probablly look down at him, his teamates and his new friends...He fall on his laps, still besides the man. Neji was lost in his mind when he remember again his father's death...

Puchiko finally got ahold of her body and she went over to Neji, tightly hugging him.

"Good. Good, don't.... don't do it Neji.... we'll we'll just get a sensei in here....." She murmured, tears in her eyes.

" I don't, no, I won't let you get in trouble, I shoud have never had told you to do it..." She added, tears flowing freely.

"We'll just get a sensei... I won't let you get in trouble...."
